St Louis, Mo. – The Maryville club basketball team lost three games to Southern Illinois University Carbondale on Saturday night at Moloney Arena.

What Happened: After a slow start, the Saints found themselves in a hole the first two games. They continued to chip away at the lead but the Salukis had an answer to separate the teams. The Saints came out quick at the beginning of the third game. Austin Davis and John Sandman both hit a pair of 3-pointers. The Salukis took the lead going into halftime and never looked back.

Up Next: The Saints will travel to Bradley University Saturday, February 11th.
